Server and PC Maintenance
We keep the servers and personal computers up and running smoothly by ensuring that the current security patches and virus protection software are installed. The specifics of the deliverables will be stated in a detailed Maintenance Plan. This does not include configuration and replacement of defective servers or personal


System Monitoring
We monitor resources such as memory utilization, CPU utilization, and hard drive space utilized on servers and personal computers for anomalies and either take corrective action or inform the Point of Contact. Thresholds are determined by the customer. Monitoring is done remotely.


Backup Management
We provide cloud based server and PC backups of data and system files ensuring recoverability in the event of data loss or system failure. This contract does not include the purchase of backup infrastructure and software.


Annual System Inventory and Assessment
We will conduct an initial inventory of the systems documenting machine specs and measure performance to create a baseline against which every subsequent inventory will be measured. If necessary we will make recommendations for system designs and reconfiguration to achieve optimum performance levels.

Active Directory Maintenance
