Our Self Service Ticketing system

To better serve our customers, we have categorized tickets as follows:

Severity I (Urgent)

Initial Response Time: 30 Minutes - The Trouble Ticket will be received, assigned a severity based on the services being requested and will then be assigned to a Technician.

Resolution Time: ASAP - Urgent issues are classified as ANY impact to the customer's production environment or a non responsive/degraded system.

The Technician assigned the Ticket will update the Ticket every 3 Hours until the issue is resolved.

Severity II (Normal)

Initial Response Time: 30 Minutes - The Trouble Ticket will be received, assigned a severity based on the services being requested and will then be assigned to a Technician.

Resolution Time: 2 Days - We will make every effort to complete the task assigned within this time frame. In the event that issues arise that inhibit our progress, the customer will be notified.
Request that qualify for this category include routine requests, outages that are deemed non critical or non production impacting to the customer, or environment changes that do not exceed eight (8) man hours or work.

Severity III (Project)

Initial Response Time: 30 Minutes - The Trouble Ticket will be received, assigned a severity based on the services being requested and will then be assigned to a Technician.

Resolution Time: Based on the Project - Project Tickets are classified as Planned or scheduled work that exceeds eight (8) man hours.
This includes environment builds, analysis, documentation, design etc.

It is with that in mind that we commit to completing a job by the date agreed upon at the time of the signing of the service contract or PRISM Integrations LLC agrees to a 1% deduction per day from the agreed upon service cost, for every day that we are late on delivery on the Project's deliverables.
